Restore the full course
The full course belongs to your Apple Account rather than to one device, so it comes back at no charge on any device signed in to the same account.
- Make sure the device is signed in with the Apple Account you bought the course with.
- Open Nepali Companion and tap “Settings”, the gear at the top of the home screen. On a new install the app first shows a few introduction screens and then opens chapter 1: close the chapter with the X at its top to reach the home screen.
- Under “The
full course”, tap “Restore purchase”.
Your progress
Your progress is kept only on the device you study on. There is no account and no cloud copy, so it does not move between devices by itself, and we cannot recover it for you. A device backup that includes app data carries it to a new device. Deleting the app deletes it.
Refunds
Apple processes the purchase, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We never receive your payment details and cannot reverse a purchase ourselves. None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
